Easter Sunday Stripes

I loved this green and white stripe 1950s inspired dress with a fitted bodice, bateau neckline, and pleated full skirt in knee length, zipper closure at back.

This dress makes the perfect cocktail dress, a casual wedding dress, a bridesmaids dress or just a fantastic day-dress with that little extra something!

Boat Shoes for less

Soooo I had NEVER heard of the popular sperry top-sider shoes  until I moved south. I noticed them first on all the guys with their button down shirts, baseball caps, and croakies ... ( also an item of the southern gentleman wardrobe i was not used to seeing in  the west)

ANYWAYS off topic!!! I wanted to try some boat shoes for our trip to Charleston 

I wasn't sure if I would wear them all the time so I purchased a pair from DSW get similar ones here

for $24.94. 

They were super comfy for walking around and driving down there! 

Never really wore them near a boat but I still like the look ;)

how to do weekend brunch

I kept it simple this weekend 

for Sunday brunch..

I like rompers...even if sometimes they remind me of what a toddler should be wearing not a 30 year old! I thought this romper was the best of both super cute but also pretty lady like on top! 

I paired it with some jute wedges, a pink tank top, sunglasses, and some embroidered hoop earrings!

ROMPER: Forever 21 last year I got it in the fall in the summer sale section buy one item get one free..so this was basically $7.50!! 

TANK: Forever 21 $2.99

SHOES: Steve madden wedges from last season..more then $30..but less then $50 if i remember correctly

Sweet sight seeing outfit on a budget

I visited one of my favorite cities this weekend Charleston S.C. I love that city, the architecture, shopping, eating, and of course sight-seeing and taking some pics :)

I wore this ruffle top that was super comfortable! I loved all the details, the way it flowed longer in the back, the sweet ruffle and the colors: orange, blue and some pink! I paired it with some dark denim cuff shorts,white roxy sandals and white  sunglasses.
